Manufacture Process

Panels used in HISHITANK™ are manufactured by Hot press method, using SMC (Seat Molding Compound). MCIT has been manufacturing SMC in its own factory, so in the process of tank design, we are consider everything from raw material to tank structure.
 

SMC Method

MCIT adopt SMC method to manufacture the panels of HISHITANK™, whch are hot press molded in glass reinforced plastics using unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber.
