Rectangular open-type cooling tower
(HISHI Cooling Tower Rectangular)

Square vented type cooling towers that use filling material with excellent heat exchange properties. There are three different series available: a standard type with a compact design, energy-efficient and space-saving type and a direct-connected fan type.

Feature

  • Lightweight and high efficiency fanThe fan has been downsized without reducing the airflow capacity. By reducing the weight, it reduces the load on the bearings and pulleys, and the exhausion of the V-belt (excluding some models).

  • Unit designInstallation can be completed by simply loading in and assembling the upper and lower units. As a result, installation time is greatly reduced and no packaging waste is generated (excluding some components).

  • Energy-efficientWith the energy-efficient and space-saving types, the cooling characteristics are improved by raising the filling material. The effect of energy-saving is further improved by making effective use of the cooling air. Whereas, the direct-connected fan type is a single cell multiple fan type so it allows multi-step control and energy-saving operation.

  • Space-saving designWith the energy-efficient and space saving types, the filling material has been changed from the conventional two stages to three stages, making the installation area of the tower body smaller.

  • Labor-saving of maintainanceWith the direct-connected fan type, it uses the direct-connected fan motor, therefore fewer failures and less maintenance work.

Sealed cooling tower (HISHI Cooling Tower Enclosed)

A non-vented type cooling tower that does not contaminate the cooling water. The high efficiency of the heat exchanger allows to save energy and reduces the weight of the unit.

Round open type cooling tower
(HISHI Cooling Tower Round)

A lightweight and compact, round-shaped vented type cooling tower. Our originally developed filling material allows for outstanding cooling effect performance.

Feature

  • Earthquake resistant designThe standard specification of the KE series is horizontal seismic coefficient 1.0, which complies with the Building Standards Law notification No.1389. Also, horizontal seismic coefficient 1.5 is available on request.

  • Comfortable environment with low-noiseBy using a low-noise fan motors and installing a special net that prevents noise of water drops allow this cooling tower to meet the standard "Low-noise type" of the Japan Cooling Tower Institute.

  • Increase efficiency with high performanceThe performance of the cooling tower is determined by the filling material. Our original filling material "HISHI PACKING" is specially shaped with a large gas-liquid contact area, which provides excellent cooling efficiency.

  • Easy maintenanceThe piping is brought to the front, a bottom drainage hole (with rubber stopper) is fittied for complete drainage, and the louvers are easily detachable for easy maintenance and inspection.

  • Smaller and lighter tower bodyThe mass of the HISHI cooling tower is light and compact, making them easy to maintain.

Cooling tower with integrated pit
(Pit Tower)

An integration of the HISHI cooling tower and the HISHITANK. The cooling tower is available in square open-type, close-type and round open-type to suit your environment.

Feature

  • Saving construction processSince the cooling tower and the water tank (pit) are designed as a single unit, there is no need for an elevated platform for installing the cooling tower, nor for a deep excavation for a concrete pit.

  • Short construction periodAs the water tank is bolt-assembled, on-site construction can be done in one day* for small capacity type. Expansion and relocation work is also easy*.

  • High corrosion resistanceThe water tank is made of FRP panel type, which is strong against corrosion.

  • Easy maintenanceThe water tank section has a ceiling plate to prevent dust from entering. Also, the structure allows sludge to be easily removed from the base plate, which significantly reduces the need for maintenance work.
