DOROGUARD™
Kit JCⅡ/Kit AsⅡ
The DOROGUARD™ method is packaged in a kit for small-scale repairs. Two types are available – Kit JC II for concrete pavement and Kit AS II for asphalt pavement, which can be selected according to the application.
Feature
Easy applicationTo eliminate the need for measuring during application, a can of resin can be mixed with a bag of aggregate using a 1:1 ratio.
Two types are availableDOROGUARD™ Kit JCII in light gray and DOROGUARD™ Kit ASII in black, each set with the appropriate strength for the substrate.
Fast curingCuring is completed in about one hour, allowing for early release to traffic.
Applicable at low temperaturesBy using the winter hardener included, curing can be completed in about one hour even at a substrate temperature of 0°C.
Excellent durabilityExcellent adhesion to the substrate, resistance to cracking and peeling even in thin layers, and abrasion resistance.

Thin layer pavement method
(DOROGUARD™ A-03/JC-02)
DOROGUARD™ A-03: Thin-layer repair of asphalt pavement (rut repair, step correction, anti-slip paving on steel plates, etc.)
DOROGUARD™ JC-02: Thin-layer repair of concrete pavement (rut repair, step correction, etc.)
Feature
Two types availablefor asphalt and for concrete, each set with strength and color tone to match the substrate.
Fast curingCuring is completed in about one hour, allowing for early opening to traffic.
Applicable even at low temperaturesBy using a low-temperature curing accelerator, curing can be completed in 1 to 2 hours even at a substrate temperature of -10°C.
Excellent durabilityExcellent adhesion to the substrate, resistance to cracking and peeling even in thin layers, and abrasion resistance.
Detail
- ● DOROGUARD™ JC-02:
Repairs concrete, such as thin pavement on bridge surfaces, ruts and bumps on tunnel pavement, and bumps and corner joints in concrete slabs at airport aprons. - ● DOROGUARD™ A-03:
Used for repairing asphalt pavement including rut repair and step/unevenness correction and preventing slippage of steel plates. - ● Waterproofing:
In combination with the dedicated methacrylic resin waterproofing material DOROGUARD™ SW-A, waterproofing on bridge surfaces is possible.
Concrete slab repair method
(DOROGUARD™ S-02/JC-02)
Using methacrylate (MMA) resin mortar, which is fast-acting and durable, it is possible to repair defects and adjust the unevenness of concrete slabs in a short time.
Feature
2 types available depending on application thicknessDOROGUARD™ S-02: 15 mm to 50 mm approx. DOROGUARD™ JC-02: 5 mm to 30 mm.
Fast curingCuring is completed in about one hour, allowing early opening to traffic.
Applicable even at low temperaturesBy using a low-temperature curing accelerator, curing can be completed in 1 to 2 hours even at a substrate temperature of -10°C.
Excellent durabilityExcellent adhesion to the substrate, resistance to cracking and peeling even in thin layers.

DOROGUARD S-02
Bridge expansion device bulking method
(DOROGUARD™ J-02)
Directly applicable on existing Bridge expansion devices to increase the bulk of the top surface.
Feature
Noise-reduced applicationWith no demolition of concrete, there is almost no restriction on construction time due to noise.
Fast curingCuring is completed in about one hour, allowing early opening to traffic.
Applicable even at low temperaturesBy using a low-temperature curing accelerator, curing can be completed in 1 to 2 hours even at a substrate temperature of -10°C.
Excellent durabilityExcellent adhesion to the substrate and resistance to cracking and peeling even in thin layers.
*Cannot be applied to rubber joints.
MMA resin-based elastic joint material
(DOROGUARD™ Jointing Material)
By mixing flexible methacrylate (MMA) resin with special aggregate and curing it, the cured product has elasticity and is used to restore the joints of concrete pavement.
Feature
Fast curingCuring is completed in about one hour, allowing early opening to traffic.
Applicable at low temperaturesWith the use of a low-temperature curing accelerator, curing can be completed in 1 to 2 hours even at a substrate temperature of -10°C.
Excellent durabilityExcellent adhesion to the substrate and resistance to cracking and peeling even in thin layers.
Flow resistanceDoes not soften and flow after application even in high temperatures such as during summer.
