Cooling Towers

Since the cooling tower is loaded in as a unit, the installation time is greatly reduced and almost no packaging waste is generated. In addition, our development of a new fan has made the tower size more compact.

A space-saving installation area has been achieved by changing the filling material from two to three stages and raising the tower body. The three-stage filling material also improves the cooling characteristics and achieves energy savings of up to 40% at the equivalent cooling ton (based on our company’s internal comparison).

This is a fog prevention type cooling tower that is equipped with high-performance filling material. As the fog prevention specification is in operation at all times, there is no need to switch dampers depending on the season. Also, since the cooling tower is loaded in as a unit, the installation time is greatly reduced.

This cooling tower features integrated storage of the cooling water. There is no need for an elevated platform for installing the cooling tower, nor for a deep excavation for a concrete pit. The water tank is a bolt-assembly type, so its construction can be completed in a short period of time, and expansion and relocation work can be easy.

This is a lightweight and compact, round-shaped counter flow cooling tower. Our originally developed filling material enables its outstanding cooling effect. This cooling tower is also equipped with a new type of fan to reduce noise, and it is easy to maintain.
